Pairing emotion to color can help acknowledge and express. After a long or full day, chose 3-5 colors that represent an emotion and paint/place it in chronological order. Sit in your space and meditate on the why. Often we allow the every day stressors of life to be classified as the norm.
Here I followed the "Chromatic Chronology" Art therapy technique. The most important thing for me to remember is that perfection is not key. It's okay for a little color to seep into different phases of our life every now and then!
