- Custom Orders: Shipping timelines for custom pieces vary based on complexity. You'll receive an estimated delivery date during the commission process.
- Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
Standard Pieces
- You may return standard (non-custom) pieces within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on my part.
Custom Pieces
- Custom artwork is final sale and not eligible for return.
- That said, I’m committed to your satisfaction — if you’re not happy with your custom piece, I’ll work closely with you to make revisions and ensure the final result reflects your vision.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are welcome for standard pieces within 30 days, depending on availability.
- Please contact me to arrange your exchange and confirm item availability.
