A connection between two worlds allows for the ultimate burst of expression. It just takes a stroke!

This painting was particularly tough because the aim was to not sketch out the figures prior to painting them! I often stress about starting a piece because it "has to be perfect." That feeling often accompanies a productivity paralysis that benefits no one.

Here I let go of my fear and embraced the true benefit and challenge of Art Therapy. Here I let go and just created. Here I combined the foundation of Family Medicine with my perception of reality.
