No one really gives the gallbladder any credit but we love its ability to store + release bile to digest fats. It's tucked away underneath the liver if you're curious. Some people form stones and get the whole thing yanked out. Any diet that is considered "heart- healthy" will also be "Gallbladder-healthy"

Let go of the pesky expectations you put on yourself, especially when it comes to being creative. When it comes to mindfulness, we move from doing mode into being mode.

I promise I used my left hand and barely lifted my pencil from the screen. It's more fun that way. You let your unhinged scribbles turn in to something the longer you keep at it. It's always funny when people are watching me draw these out, it just looks like I'm scribbling nonsense.
