The eyes contain a special type of stem cell that can help regenerate the cornea, the clear layer on the front of the eye. This discovery has the potential applications in the treatment of corneal damage and blindness.
Did you know the eye also has a unique "eye print" similar to that of a fingerprint? The print is generated by the unique pattern of blood vessels in the retina and can be detected by using an optical coherence tomography scan (OCT.)

I promise I used my left hand and barely lifted my pencil from the screen. It's more fun that way. You let your unhinged scribbles turn in to something the longer you keep at it. It's always funny when people are watching me draw these out, it just looks like I'm scribbling nonsense.
